  Abilities: Can create small fires with his hands, can transform into an undersized persian cat with blue-gray fur, can transform into a frog, can make himself appear as a regular human, though his eyes still appear red when he does this
  Mannerisms: Is always scowling, and squints a lot because he's always sus as hell. He also carries around a small grey Persian cat named Theo and probably keeps him in a bag or on his shoulder because he is a dweeb. He probably won't let you touch his cat unless he likes you.

  Brash and bad-tempered, he's easily annoyed by the smallest things, though has become better at handling his emotions and can often keep it to himself. He's grumpy, hard to get along with, and hard to talk to, but that doesn't stop him from trying to get to know new people every so often. Despite being quite antisocial, he does crave company. Can be very patient depending on the circumstances and just who he's needing to be patient with. Though he has many bad qualities to his personality, the imp can be very caring and loving if you break down his walls, which aren't very strong to begin with.

• History

  Webber is a relatively young imp who doesn't have much of a background. He was created to cause problems and that is really all he's ever done.
  In particular, he was quite good at tricking humans into following him. Often he'd convince them that he was a human child under a curse, which is why he had blue skin, and he'd beg them to help him find his 'Mother'. Leading them into confusing places, he'd eventually disappear and leave them to figure out where they were. Most trusted him due to his childlike behavior and appearance, and he'd usually abandon them and hope they had a good sense of direction or at least a sense of humor. Sometimes he'd leave them in dangerous situations, but it wasn't his problem how they were going to get out of them. More or less a harmless prank, in his eyes. He always got a good laugh out of it, anyway.
  
  Webber spent most of his time in Germany, or places close by. He was extremely intolerable and annoying back then, and was often beaten into submission due to being incredibly smug. He made a few friends who he enjoyed quite a bit, though after a couple of them held him underwater he decided that he didn't need them, and drowned all of them. It may or may not have been an accident, but he doesn't dwell on it much. Webber realized quickly after he pushed the girl he loved off of a cliff that hanging out with humans wasn't as fun as he previously thought, and traveled a great distance to find himself in a place with more creatures like himself. He found a few good friends and quite a few enemies but was quite happy.
  
  After a few years of absolutely butchering every relationship he had, platonic or not, the young imp found himself in need of some settling down and has been doing so ever since.
